Companies pay large cost for ISMS (Information Security Management System), but this author doesn't mention almost all companies consider it'd be reasonable what their security vender consults.

Too Far From Home:A Story of Life and Death in Space

This is the best book of Space for me. I could get the real feelings and senses of the astronauts in Space. However, I understand the strict trainings to become an astronaut. One of the hard trainings to survive alone in the night desert. It's definitely impossible for me...

Issues of Air Fare in Japan

As you might know, The air fare in Japan is so expensive.  There are many discount tickets or airlines in the world except Japan. The government policies on the air traffic in Japan cause the expensive fare from high taxes and expensive fees that the authorities decide. Everybody knows it, but nobody complains.. Why?

Japan Companies Don't Make Anything of Shareholders.

This book is based on the author's doctoral dissertation. She researched the history of the Japan Market very well. But this book doesn't have many proposals. It's just about 10 pages...

IT Risks

There are many risks on every IT project. I suppose almost all risks would depend on human errors. Especially user request would not be specific. almost all users can't explain what to want.
IT specialists has tried to understand what users want with many methods. IT should declare the most important issue must be users' communication skills.

The Ant and the Grasshopper

This documentary was broadcast by the Japan Public Broadcast "NHK" in 2003. I became afraid of working for the US company when I watched this documentary. Now I watched this documentary again, and My thought would be true. I imagine this documentary would predict this financial crisis.
I suppose the Eastern would be the ant, and the Western would be the grasshopper basically. However, Japan was a grasshopper in the bubble economy in 80's. Some Eastern countries also become the grasshoppers.
On the other hand, the grasshoppers drive economies. If all countries become ants, the global economy must be much slower. However, it could be better for our environment issues.
Which will we human beings choose to be the ants or the grasshoppers?

Millionaire School

I did not expect this book because the book I posted yeaterday was so terrible. However, this book tells me a important principle. The real "Millionaire" can make millions doller many time. It doen't mean a winner for lotto is a real millionare. They are only rich for a short period. The millionare can be rich for a long time or many times if they are lost once.
I agree with this author. I want to get the skills, abilities and mentalities. If you're interested in this book, you should access to this site thought the web design is not good..

Selective Members

I favor to make a team by people on the selective basis. This author is a cook. So he runs a great restaurant by himself in Tokyo. He can select the scale of his restaurant, but I can't select the scale of systems that I have to deal with.
When I manage a large system, I have to make a large team, and my limitation to select members  have to be lower.

First Class Person Knows Patience

There is an English word "Patience is a virtue." Japanese people say "Sitting on a stone for three years."
Patience would be one of the most important talent to be the first class for every speciality. I am staying at the second class, or I am getting the patience and I shall be an IT person of the first class.

The Relocation of The Diet and Other Organizations.

This topic is sometimes come up. The Ministry of the Land, Infrastracture, Transport and Tourism in Japan has this ambition because they seem to want to deal with huge money. Actually, how much does it cost to publish this book? A ten million yen or more?

Welcome to the Space

A Japanese astronaut "Satoshi Noguchi" wrote down this book for primary school student, but it's very interesting for me. He told many tips to live in the Space Shuttle and the International Space Station. If my eyes had been better, I would have submitted astrinauts for JAXA...

The Daily Drucker

I can read only one page Peter F. Druker addressed on this book every day. I decided to read this diary carefully every day in order to learn English. The quantity would be fittable for me. I will look unknown words at the Oxford Dictionary. In addition, I will consider his thoughts, and I will find what to do in order to put his thought in practice.

Problems of Family in Japan

There are many problems to rear a child in Japan. Almost all mothers in Japan has very important positions for their children, but Fathers in Japan have little positions for children because almost all fathers work from early morning to late night every day. Fathers sometimes go to golf with their colleagues weekend. When do father attend at their family?
I think this is a main reason of Japan. Fathers don't attend at their family!!

Simple Method of President in Google Japan to Learn Engllish

This book is very popular and lists on some best seller lists. I agree his methods mostly. However, I think he would make a mistake on a method to read English. He addresses that learners should read many books and fast. The number of books should be more than 10. Learners should not read over anytime. Actually, I agree the method, but I think learners must read sentences carefully. Learners must learn details of grammar and many vocabularies.
I imagine he must read emails from his upper managers very carefully every day and every minutes. I think intensive reading would be a source of English abilities.

Leadership Principles

What's Leadership?
My answer is to try something. If anything happens, the leader keeps cool and analysis the reasons of issues and decides a direction. If the direction is wrong, the leader does not run and hide, and the leader will analysis again.
Prime ministers in Japan always run and hide.

MLB Post Season 2008

The Post Season 2008 started. I fan Taguchi in Philies and Iwamura in Rays. Though Taguchi has enough chances to play so many, but Iwamura is so strong. He hit a great homer!
I also fan Matsuzaka & Okajima in RedSox, and Fukudome in Cubs. However they have already seemed tired during the regular season.

Walking Around Tokyo Deep Area

It's very popular to walk around Tokyo. There are many books on walking around Tokyo. Many TV programs also are broadcast.
I like walking around Tokyo and my home. Every morning I commute from Shirokanedai to Hamamatsucho on foot. I find some walking routes and some objects such as stone monuments and temples. My favorite route is the ridge line of the Takanawadai Terrace because there are some stone monuments and the Sengakuji Temple in reference to the Forty-seven Ronin.

Eloge Des Chauves

I still have much hair on my head fortunately. This author lost all hair on his 23 years old. He seemed so sad.
If evebody lost own hair, my parents would go bankrupt because my parents are hair stylists!
