My family enjoyed an Okonomiyaki party for our dinner at home. Okonomiyaki is a pretty popular food in Japan. If you're not sure of Okonomiyaki, please read this page on Wikipedia. I tried to cook the Kansai style with pan-fried noodle, which is called "Modern-yaki".My wife and kids had a pleasant taste.
