I found a Udon noodle shop "Tsuru Tsuru Udon" near the Musashi-Shinjo sation. "Tsuru Tsuru" means smooth and good solid to eat. I tried a simple Udon, but the noodle was boiled too much. The noodle was too soft. I don't recommend the shop.I am picky about the Udon noodle, because my hometown is a famous place of the Udon noodle.
