Solution Focus for Beginners

I feel it'd be hard to resolve my issues though it'd be easy to suggest beeter idea to others. This author tells me 3 main points of the Solution Focus method.
  • Don't Change What Is Going Well.
  • Repeat Suuccessful Methods
  • Make a Difference in Something Bad
In addition, this author tells how others confirm my opinions. I remind words of Isoroku Yamamoto, Adminal in WWII. It's "Show what to want by myself, tell what to want, let others do what to want and confirm the result, and finally others execute what to want".
