Benazir Butto tried to reconcile between Islam and the West, but she was struck down by an assassin's bomber in 2007. The location and situation of Pakistan seems so difficult. The neighboring country is Afganistan.I haven't read any books which Islamic women wrote. Butto went to the Harvard University and she knew the West very well. I'm not sure whether she was a typical islamic woman, but she seemed a very good interpreter with the Islamic society, however she's gone. It's much more difficult for women to become high-class persons in the Islamic societies.
