Contrivance to Change Our Team

What's a contrivance to change our team? This author declares it's human relationships.

In the past, members go to drink together in Japan, but there have been less chances to drink together. I wonder the most reason would be longer and longer extended working hours without any payments. Especially business persons on the associate or junior class would seem so. They don't want to spend more time for companies without any additional payments.

However, I feel some junior business persons have stronger professional spirits than senior. I want to build my team with these business persons.

CSR

The Corporate Social Responsibility has been focused very much globally since the Enron Case and the WorldCom & Anderseb Case, but the financial crisis happens. I don't imagine it'd be important for the corporate responsibility to be implosed on any strict rules regulations such as SOX or new Accountant Rules because there has been many corporate scandals in the world. I suggest to reexamine laws to strict penalizations as Isramic laws and educate moral would be key points.

My son and I atted at the workshop of paper craft in the Kawasaki Public Museum. The instractor is Ms. Chatani who is a dauther of the famas origamic archtect "Masahiro Chatani".

Insight Diary 2002-2008

A booklet was received yesterday. The booklet was sent by my favorite diaries' site. I submitted my favorite diary and writer before, because the diary site "Insight Diaries" was finished in the end of September 2008. The site's administrator presented the booklet to the submitter. It's written in Japanese, I'm afraid.

I read the booklet last night. Two diaries of Ryuichi Sakamoto impress me.

I also like Tomoko Nakajima (Actor) and Yasushi  Watanabe (Hokkaido Univ.). They have a common future on Hokkaido. I would have been still interested in Hokkaido very much.

Qunba

Today is my wife's birthday. My wife wants to go to the Itarian restaurant "Qunba" near my home. The restaurant is nice. My wife and kids enjoy the delicios Itarian dishes. Especially, the pizza is very good, because Qunba has a large stone kiln to bake a pizza.

IVe been interested in the kiln and also wanted to go to the restaurant because there is in the residential area. A stranger here can't find the restaurant.

Halloween Party 2008

The Halloween Party was held by the English school my daughter goes to. My daughter got up a student in the wizardry school Harry Potter goes to.
There were many cute monsters, witches and pumpkins in the party hall. They're so cute. They enjoyed small games and candies.
The costume contest was held in the end of the party. My daughter won the original costume's prize! I didn't look forward to her winning any prizes because I thought other kids got up better costumes. It's a great day for her.

Slacker Nation? Young Japanese Shun Promotions

Managers in Japan are grappling with a new phenomenon: young workers shunning promotions in favor of humdrum jobs with minimal duties

I sometimes read self-denigrating articles written by the Japanese correspondents of the famous newspapers such as the NYTimes and the WSJ. The Japanese correspondents submit only these sad articles to degrade Japan. How terrible!

However, some Japanese companies wouldn't pay enough extend hours payments or enough extra bonus as a famous story "Slave Nakamura" who invented the blue LED, which you could read some articles on the web.

I think this issue of their business mind is not only for Japanese business persons, because I had a lunch with a non-Japanese friend yesterday. He also seemed to suffer for working in Japanese companies.

I also think this issue is not only the problem of the junior stuff but also for management issues, because I go to a cafe in the morning in order to learn IT or financial items or read books, and then I see many junior class business persons study for themself  in the cafe in the early morning. I'm sure that many Japanese business persons have strong minds for their business or futures.

I strongly want the Japanese correspondents in the US and Europe newspapers to submit better contents.
