Many Companies in Japan have many mental problems. Employees do not have any teamworks. Everyone focuses on short team revenues only. Someone says this mental problems would be caused by he long resession in Japan, but I do not think so because some companies show some solutions. For example, Toyota focuses on thinking processes, comunications, sharing skills etc.We should think of processes. It is improtant to evaluate persons who can make good processes.
The good processes can bring better revenues and efficieces to us. A foreign company I worked focused on the evaluation methods.
