Gaku Saito suggests the productive meeting makes new idea or action items. It doesn't mean the meeting would be productive if the meeting made them. He shows 11 techniques and 7 mindsets to let the meeting be productive.

I doubt this book is worth to read though the amazon score is high, because there are many better textbooks for meeting.
