the Silicon Valley Topics on the Nikkei's site. One of them is this book title "Why people don't distingush garbages in Silicon Valley". How do you think? I imagine there are many ecologists in the Silicon Valley. It's true, but people didn't distingush their garbabages on the strict rule, and so the local government developed a machine to distinguish garbages automatically, and the strict rules are soften. Finally, the resource recovery from gabages has been successful in Silicon Valley.
