I've sometimes heard it'd be hard for Japanese people to have a good discussion, and there are many long meeting but less enough results in Japanese companies. However, I have not experienced so many bad meetings recently. I imagine people understand to waste time.

- Can you find other ways besids this meeting?
- Can you reduce the frequency and kinds of meetings?
- Can you finish this meeting for shorter hours?
- Can you reduce the attendees and reports?
- Can you get rid of unnecessary attendees?
- Can you limit to speak?
