A brain needs to have many and deep rests with many ways...
Relaxation: Sleeping, Deep breath, Aroma massage, Listening relaxation musics
Imagination: a cottage by the sea, a bird view, staying a hotel, spending a million dollar.
Warming oneself: hot towel, taking a bath
Something different: washing a dish, taking a bath in the half-light, eating favorite foods, buying expensive goods, studying different are from my speciality.
Having a medical check: heart race, blood pressure and body temprature
Concentration: shining up, drawing up.
Exercise: walking, stretching
Traveling: having a usual hotel, back to my hometown.
