Bunsho Hattori is a famous climber in Japan. He is also a writer on climbing and survivals.
He could reach the summit of K2 in 1996. What a great climber he is! As you might know, K2 is the most difficult mountain in the world. K2 is called "the Savage Mountain".
He sometimes tried to traverse the mountains longitudinally without any supplies. He got water, foods and other daily goods from nature on traversing for ... That's incredible! So he is called "the Survival Climber".
