How do you plan your career in the global market? Eiji Wakiwaka is the president of BP Japan. He told how to make a global career from his biography. He said he worked as muach as he's natural except his Harvard period. He also told it's important to make a progress step by step. However, I imagine his length of stride must be wider than an average Japanese business person. My stride also have to be wider!
