Methods to Improve English Comunications of Emmployees in Google Japan

I agree with their methods to improve the English communications. Almost all employees who were written on this book. They'd lived in any foreign countries until 30 years old. me, too.
However, they could get enough ability of English communications to work for Google. Everybody declared to put themselves into lives in English as much as possible.
The important points are

• Pronouncing consonants carefully and consciously.
  
• Memorizing 10,000 words ay least.
  
• Trying to listen fast and/or thickly accented English.
  
• Using English on business.
  
• Putting English into your 2nd official language
  
• Finding your interesting things with English. - I love MLB.
  
• Don't hesitate.
  
• Joining as many eevents in English as possible.
  
• Getting good phrases native English speakers use or write.
