Anti-aging Recipients

Yuichiro Miura tells his recipients to climb up to the Everest. His recipients looks very nice. I like the octopus & beans salad, the squid fish & fermented soybeans salad and the Sherpa's veggie curry,

I'd like to note the Sherpa's veggie curry's recipient for me.

Ingredients for 5 people:
Cut into bite-size pieces.
- chicken leg meats 460g

Cut into round slices.
- three sweet potatoes

Cut coarsely.
- a lotus root
- a carrot
- six tomatoes
- four egg plants
- twenty okras

Cut into bite-size pieces.
- two onions

Separate some bundles.
- shimeji mushrooms 2 packages

Cut into tiny pieces.
- a garlic

1. Dredge the chicken legs with curry powders.
2. Fry the garlics with two tablespoons of olive oil into a pan.
3. Put everything and water into the pan, and boil thoroughly.
4. Put curry pastes into the pan.
5. Put some salt and pepper into the pan finally.
