Jacked Up

If you've read "WINNING" by Jack Welch, I recommend to read this book strongly because Jack welch explained his business mind and methods. However, I could not get how to show the passions. Bill Lane tells Jack Welch did his real business. He tells many, many very important minds, methods and passions for business.

Reviewing Points before Presentation
  • What is useful for my audiences?
  • Is my presentation necessary for needs of my audiences?
  • Are my audiences interested in my presentation within 1 minute when my presentation starts?
  • Are deleted all unnecessary details, headlines not to understand easily and geek's words?
  • Do I need my charts and graphs really? Do I have enough time to talk with my audience?
  • Can my all audience read the letters and numbers?
  • Can I shorten my contexts without deleting important points?
  • Have I had rehearsals? Have I got comments from my respected persons?
  • Have I done rough works?
  • Do I want to make a presentaion for Jack Welch as soon as possible though I felt tensions and stresses when I prepared? Am I sure that my presentation is success?
