Legal Work in China for Beginners

Yoshio Iteya tells the very hard legal works in China. There are many Japanese companies which work in China and with Chinese companies. Actually some my friends go to China for thier business frequently. Some of them are working for IT business like me. However, I have not been in the mainland of China. As far as I read this book, it'd be better to use bridge comanies in Japan. It'd be hard to take care or the legal work in China and the changing legal works.
