Some people say there would be less subprime problems in Japan. However, others say there are some subprime problems in Japan. There are many people who have two kinds of issues.- Many people chose the step-up mortgae loans 10 years ago. The interests of the mortgage loans will be increased from now. Some of them will not be able to pay the increaed interests.
- Other people chose variable rates after the first 2 years' fixed rates. The fixed rates were lower than ordinary because the financial institutions were preferred and opted.
