House Reform

I'd like to reform my rooms because my kids is growing up. I'd like to give them their private area. Kumiko Yamamoto tells the important points to reform points of cost, choosing constructor and do on. Some friends told me to buy other condo or new house, but I like this location where is near the station and I don't want a house because I dislike to maintain the house....
